Svedex Coronavirus - measures

Amended measures as of 1 June 2020

Step by step, things are easing up for the public. The Dutch government issued a roadmap as to when and which measures will be eased and in this respect Svedex will observe the government's guidelines www.rijksoverheid.nl.

If you wish to visit Svedex, we kindly ask that you get in touch with your regular contact within Svedex to discuss what is and isn't possible.

During external visits and visits to our office, we obviously maintain the basic rules set by the RIVM and the government:

• We maintain a distance from each other of 1.5 metres
• When meeting people, we currently do not shake hands
• We observe the hygiene rules (wash hands, cough and sneeze on the inside of the elbow)
• In the event of any (virus-related) symptoms we stay at home. Also when a family member exhibits tightness of breath or has a fever. In this case, we will contact you and arrange a telephone or digital interaction in place of a physical appointment or reschedule.

Collecting goods from Svedex?

We realise that a number of our customers arrange for the collection of goods by themselves. Obviously, external parties must also comply with a number of guidelines with regard to our shipping. These guidelines are visible to everyone, but our colleagues on location will be happy to assist your driver with this.

This is how we try, together with you, to take care of everyone’s health and can — for now — continue to ensure our continuity and business together. If necessary, we will inform you of any changes in our measures through our website.
